What weight capacity can your hairpin legs support?
Our standard 2-rod legs can support up to 250 lbs, while our heavy-duty 3-rod versions are rated for up to 500 lbs when properly installed on a solid wood surface.
Do the legs come with floor protectors?
Yes, every set of hairpin legs includes a set of clip-on rubber floor protectors to prevent scratching and ensure stability on hard surfaces.
What kind of screws should I use for installation?
We include free high-quality wood screws with every order. However, if your tabletop is thinner than 1 inch, we recommend purchasing shorter screws from a local hardware store to avoid piercing the surface.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-5 business days via UPS or FedEx.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day 'no questions asked' return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in their original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Are the raw steel legs prone to rusting?
Raw steel will develop a natural patina over time if left untreated. For a clean look, we recommend our powder-coated finishes, or you can apply a clear coat or wax to raw steel to prevent oxidation.
