Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the steel is well-protected to prevent scratches or damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
